Conversion of former Tarmac head offices to state-of-the-art teaching facility along with a new build sports hall and changing rooms, refurbishment of an existing canteen block and construction of lightweight steel frame music room extension.

This involved the replacement of the flooring circa 3000m2 within the main building to an SFS acoustic system working with the Main Contractor Morgan Sindall and Hadley Steel Framing.

The works package also included 6000m2 of internal partitions and linings, 3000 m2 of MF and grid ceilings as well as soffit insulation, acoustic flooring and wall panels.

The £1.7m package was completed Summer 2018.
