British Gypsum plasterboards were used to create the internal partitions and Remagin SFS and Siniat Weather Defence boards were used for the external walls. All materials were supplied by SIG.
In 2024, we were delighted to be selected by Trition Construction to complete the SFS and Dry Lining and Staveley Town Basin.
This impressive new development sits right on the edge of the cancal basin, offering premium first-floor office space with bi-fold doors that open directly onto the waterfront for a truly distinctive working environment.
The ground floor is home to five versatile retail and business units, including a bright, welcoming bistro featuring bi-fold doors on two sides to create an open vibrant atmosphere.
With dedicated parking and thoughtfully deisnged recreational areas, the building has become an important hub for the Staveley community – supporting local residents, attracting visitors, and providing opportunities for growing businesses.
