Ace Partitions and Ceilings Ltd were awarded the £2.70m SFS, drylining and ceilings contract for Springwell Gardens in March 2022 by Morgan Sindall Construction.
The project comprises of 16 storeys and 223 number- one, two and three bedroom apartments, a stone’s throw from Leeds train station. The progressive ‘inside-outside living experience’ encourages inclusive communities and aims to provide the best of city living for the people of Leeds.
The new build includes private roof terraces with skyline views, private courtyards, Juliette balconies, to a high specification with a concierge, secure cycle store and secure parking spaces. Over a 65-week contract period, Ace’s works involve- SFS, external weather boarding, internal partitions, bulkheads, column encasements, MF ceilings, soffit insulation, corridor ceiling system, fire stopping and plastering.
