Dry Lining, Suspended Ceilings

In 2024, we were appointed by Morgan Sindall to install the partition walls and suspended ceilings in Grimsby’s new Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC) within Freshney Place.

The £10 million NHS CDC will offer a range of diagnostic tests, helping to detect serious conditions such as cancer and heart disease. The facility is expected to facilitate around 120,000 diagnostic appointments each year, excluding a future eye disorder area, and to bring a major boost to town centre footfall.

GO Interiors were used to supply Siniat plasterboards and metal systems for the construction of the partition walls. Encon provided Zentia grid ceiling materials, which we installed as part of the suspended ceiling works.

We also installed specialist lead shielding in the x-ray rooms of the CDC and putty pad fire stopping under FIRAS certification.
