Refurbishment of CAT A office block in the central business district in Birmingham working with Main Contractor Tetris Bluu. The building has been stripped back to the bare shell internally to allow internal linings, bespoke bulkheads and lightwells to be constructed.
Other works included SFS external walls, internal partitioning/linings, soffit insulation, MF and tile and grid ceilings with metal feature tiles.
The £1.3m package was completed in Autumn 2017
