Remagin SFS was used to create the external walls of the building. XW Promat board , Promat 250, Vermiculux and Siniat Weather Defence board was supplied by SIG amongst other materials used to complete the project. Minster supplied Rockfon materials used to install the suspended ceilings.
In 2026, Bradford College will open the Future Technologies Centre at Junction Mills. The four-storey, purpose-built building will bring together the College’s Automotive and Digital Engireering provision and support up to 650 students in an environment designed to reflect current industry practice.
The centre will focus on areas including electric and hybrid vehicle technologies, advanced manufacturing and digital engineering, helping learners develop practical skills for future employment. It also marks an important step in stengthening technology and low-carbon skills across West Yorkshire.
In 2025, we were delighted to be appointed by our long-standing client, Morgan Sindall Construction to deliver the SFS, internal partitions, drylining and suspended ceilings on the new building on Thornton Road.
