We are thrilled to have been selected by Morgan Sindal Construction to assist in the redevelopment of Claycroft Residences at the University of Warwick.
The student accomodation, which was origionally built in the 90s, consists of three accomodation blocks housing 679 bedrooms. Once refurbished, the modern living spaces will support well-being, comfort and community for the students studying at the University of Warwick.
The first phase of the project involves a full renovation of a student accomodation block housing 66 bedrooms. We are pleased to be installing metal framework ceilings using British Gypsum plasterboard and SAS metal tiles. We will also provide plaster patching and dry lining services in the corridors and bathrooms of the building.
