We recently installed a fire rated ceiling under a mezzanine floor using British Gypsum board at the South Yorkshire Transport Museum.
Installing the new ceiling enabled the opening of a new section of the museum.
The museum is open to the general public every second Sunday from 10:30am – 4pm. There are also various themed days planned throughout the year. More details of these can be found on the SYTM website.
In addition, the museum hosts many school pupils to support their History curriculum.
